sPro selecting layout elements

In an ArcGIS Pro layout, is there a way to select multiple text elements at once? When using the click-and-drag method, both text and picture elements are selected. I’m looking for an alternative—such as a Ctrl + click option—that allows me to select multiple text elements without manually clicking each one. Selecting them individually works, but it feels counterintuitive when dealing with more than a few elements in the layout.

Keyboard shortcuts for working on the layout—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

plus those on the Contents page,

the up/down arrow might be useful if the text elements were sequential in added order, but I don't see any global select all text elements when working interactively

I did see that, but that was not what I was looking for. It's hard when you have multiple elements that you have move because you have to select each one individually.

Maybe the List by Element Type option on the Contents Pane would be helpful here? I like it when I'm trying to move text elements but not the map or table.
