I am trying to do a spatial join between two line features, ie streets and waterlines. I just want to join the waterline to the street it runs parallel too. I tried going to join and relates and doing a spatial join that way using closest geodesic as my match option but that also joins crossing streets. How can I do this with just the parallel street?
