[Solved] : Grid turned on by "default" when creating Map Frame

Hi, I think I might have toggled a setting on in my Project, and can't figure how to turn it off.  When I create a New Layout and then add a basic Map Frame, before I do anything else, it already has a gride appear on it.  Here is an example:

Now, if I go to a brand new, empty project, create a New Layout and create a Map Frame, it has no grid:

Can someone please help me find this setting so it can turn it off?

SOLVED! Found out it had nothing to do with the defaults in the Map Frame, it was actually the setting in the Map.  Once I toggled it off in the map, then any new frame using it didn't have it either.

Leaving my post up for anyone else it might help.
