We have a university-wide licence. Our students are issued an account and can install the software or use software installed on university computers. My student was using a university computer and diligently saving her shapefiles to OneDrive. She has now returned to do some work on the shapefiles but they have disappeared. I'm not sure what OneDrive she saved it in but it's not the university one. I can see shapefiles in her ESRI account but when I download them they don't have any of the data within them to be projected. So while there are all the individual files like .sbx etc. when they are brought into ArcGIS Pro nothing loads and the attribute table is empty. My IT dept are at a loss and have suggested it's an ESRI problem. Any thoughts?
