Set default projection when creating feature classes

Is there a way to set a default projection when creating new feature classes? (enterprise GDB)

100.0% of our feature classes are NAD83 UTM 17N. I never need to create a FC with a different projection. So it would be nice if I could set a default.

I create projects/maps from scratch, without any default layers, so I don't think Pro could grab the projection from any existing info in the project/map.

If you had a template featureclass you could do default fields and spatial reference as well.

Create Feature Class (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

I use a default projection for my project, and its maps

Then when I create a featureclass, I select the coordinate system of the map

I suppose you could make a project template from there

If you create a Feature Dataset in your UTM, any FC's added to that FD will have that spatial reference system, even if you leave it blank in the Create Feature Class tool.
