Serial Chart Help

Hi-

This is my first time trying to create a serial chart so as much help would be very appreciated. I am trying to create a serial chart. I uploaded the spreadsheet below as a layer

I am trying to replicate something similar to the graph below

When I go into dashboard to create a serial chart and add the layer it says 'no data' when I filter by fields. What am I doing wrong?

I hope you are well. My workflow and settings for Dashboard are as follows:

Upload the csv file  to ArcGIS Online
Open Dashboard
Add Serial Chart 

Then apply the following settings 

This should make a chart similar to the one outlined above
