Selecting with mouse selects features from layers not listed as selectable.
Sometimes when using the interactive select tool, features are selected from layers that are turned off in the List By Selection tab of the Contents Pane. It doesn't happen every time and seems to happen somewhat randomly, so it is difficult to reproduce, but if I keep dragging to select, it eventually happens again. This has happened in several different projects with different data from different sources over several versions of Pro, currently in 3.4 and it's still happening. It's more disruptive and inconvenient than anything else, but it's also concerning when editing data for fear of modifying layers unintentionally. I exchanged many emails and couple of phone calls with ESRI support to no avail, so at this point I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
