Segmentation in Classification Tool outputs no result

hello there,

I am trying to use segmentation tool on high resolution image, we can find this tool in Classification Tools drop-down list of the Image Classification group. The procedure goes well and ArcGIS pro tells me complete successfully. The output raster is added automatically in the Contents, but there is no data in this output raster. Still have same problem when I using Segment Mean Shift in Toolbox.

Interestingly, though, if I click the preview button, then the segmentation boundaries show up.

Then I thought maybe there was some data problem in the original raster image, so I used another high resolution image from different sensor, and this time, all went well. The output segmented raster contains all objects.
