I've been noticing an issue when I try to upload or share my map after saving it. I am currently creating map of zoning and jurisdiction for the city I live in. I've updated according to input from various departments, and save my changes, then start the process of analyzing and sharing to GIS online, so that I can link it to them, and review the changes. However, if just share immediately after saving, some of the changes dont upload to GIS online. I'm having to make my changes, save, shut down GIS completely, then reopen the map, and then upload to online, to have all the changes in place in the uploaded map. Any thoughts or suggestions on why this is happening, and how i can fix it would be greatly appreciated. It's not a huge hassle, but doing it several dozen times to adds up.
Thanks,

What version of pro are you using?
Do you have the layer cached?
are you copying data to the server? Are you publishing the map to AGOL or internal enterprise?
I'm using GIS Pro 3.4.0. Not sure if i have the layer cached. I'm publishing to AGOL.
Could be a caching issue maybe. In the Project Options->Display tab, you can click the Clear Cache Now button. I also check the "Clear Cache each time the application closes" to automatically do this. What is the result?
It's perhaps worth trying a clean uninstall and reinstall of ArcGIS Pro to see if that helps
