Hello,

I pre-ordered a new "Microsoft - Surface Pro - Copilot+ PC  - Snapdragon X Plus". But I'm not sure if I can install and use ArcGIS Pro on it, because its processor is "snapdragon" from ARM.

Can anyone help me with it?

Do I need to return the laptop and buy another model? Or I can use it to work with ArcGIS Pro?

The ArcGIS Pro's required platform architecture is x64.

The ARM64 architecture is not supported by Esri for ArcGIS Pro at this time.

I have the Surface Laptop 7 15" with the X Elite. Pro seems to work fine so far. I have been using remote desktop to access my powerful home desktop to run pro until now, assuming it wouldn't work on this laptop. To my surprise it installed and works just fine. If anything starts to fail I will be sure to update this post.
