There are layers with REPRESENTATION in the database. REPRESENTATION was created in ArcMap. If an administrator (conditionally POSTGIS) connects to the database,
then REPRESENTATION works correctly. But when another user connects to the database, then a long download begins, which ends with a crash of the ArcGisPro.
At the same time in ArcMap REPRESENTATION works correctly with any users.
Is there a way to bypass or fix this issue?
