Is there a way in ArcPro or in AGOL to replace thumbnail images in bookmarks. The idea is that a new supervisor has replaced the old staff, and the new supervisor's image is used to provides a quick visual reference of the bookmarked area.

I think if you turn off all of the layers in the Map view, add the *.jpg or *.png as a georeferenced image in the same spatial extent, yes.  The trick is to add your image, it will go to zero, zero space.  Then go to the Imagery tab, click Georeference and choose the Fit to Display option.  Then your corporate logo will move to the same XY space as your map and you can update the image.  Clunky but would work.

Yes, in ArcGIS Pro, open the project that contains the maps and bookmarks.  Open the map(s) in question, navigate to each bookmark and on the Map tab, in the Navigate group, click Bookmarks.  Now you see the bookmarks for your current map.  Right-click on the bookmark to update and select Update bookmark.

Updating bookmark thumbnails can really freshen up your browser’s look. Have you found a quick way to do it manually by county location, or are you using a specific tool.

In ArcGIS Pro, open your project with the maps and bookmarks. Access the relevant map, then go to the Map tab and click on Bookmarks in the Navigate group. Right-click the bookmark you want to update and select "Update bookmark."
