Related table order

What dictates the order of the related tables in the Standalone Table Properties dialog?

I have a number of related tables (M:M) to my Source data. I would like them in a specific order, starting with Author. I added the Source_Author first, but that isn't showing up as the first related table in the dialog. When I publish this on AGOL and view the table, the related tables are in the same order as in the dialog.

How can I rearrange these related tables?

The order is not changeable. It's not dictated by the order that a relationship is added, but the time stamp of when the relationship was originally created. There is an enhancement (ENH-000134322) for this capability.

Esri has identified a bug (#BUG-000134707) with the order of related tables:

Relates do not stay in the same order when viewed in the Layer Properties after adding/removing relationships.
