Reference Scale for Annotation

I've created a map in ArcPro and I need to change the scale of the entire map which contains dozens of layers. I need to change the reference scale for my annotation so that the labels do not need to be manually resized or recreated. I can do this in ArcMap/Arc Catalog by simply going into the properties and adjusting the reference scale. Does anyone know how to do this in ArcPro?

In ArcGIS Pro, update the reference scale of an annotation layer using a geoprocessing tool.
