Receiving value error trying to clone the environment in ArcGIS Pro 2.8

I receive the following error while trying to clone the environment

value error: check_hostname requires server_hostname

how can I solve this, before it was working, but now I do not know what could be the problem

Some are linking this issue with the existing version of urllib3 in ArcGIS Pro. Installing a lower (compatible) version of urllib3 in the clone environment seems to resolve the issue.

pip install urllib3==1.25.11
