"SharePackage aborted by User" error

I'm trying to use the Share Package tool in Pro to upload and .tpk to AGOL. Yet every time it fails after just a few minutes and I get this error, even though I definitely did no such thing.

 

I went through the process of creating a tile cache (using a custom tiling scheme), exporting the tile cahce to a tile package, and now this. It's always worked before. The .tpk is 13.2 GB if that matters. I've tried using the same tool in ArcMap and the same thing happens. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm encountering the same issue with a much smaller vector tile package. Did you find any resolution?
