Published DEM has no elevation in Portal Scene

I have a few tiles of elevation information (DEM) in .tiff format. I could load them up in ArcPro and generate elevation surfaces, as illustrated in the picture attached.

But when I publish them to ArcGIS Enterprise, the portal scene only shows a flat surface, without any elevation. The layer TOC shows the uploaded DEM in the ground layer group.

What could be the possible reason?
