Publish Service to Folder on Federated Server

When sharing as a web layer, is there a way to select a folder on the federated ArcGIS Server where the service will be stored?  Right now all services are created in the root folder, which makes management very difficult.

it should be foldername/servicename

thanks for the help Jeff, this was driving me mad. 

One quick note:  it needs to be backslash '\' not a forwardslash '/'. Pro will bark at you as an invalid character is being used.

I had the same question, so I wanted to contribute some information:

Sometimes the "Select or create folder" Area does not show up.
I did not yet figure out, what causes this to happen. Log out/in of your Portal and try switching Users, close and reopen the Share Pane.
