publish Map Service

Hello,
I am trying to publish Map Service through GIS Pro, I followed the steps and connected to the ArcGIS Server, but the publish icon that should be when publishing the Map does not appear, I searched on Esri (support) site, and the answer was that it should be (in properties)the User type: publisher connection, can you help me, as the User Type in the program I have a User connection.

Just change the type in the drop down to Publisher or Administrator.  It will change the Server URL for you.
