Problem with spatial join

I'm going crazy. I think I have done this several times before but now it doesn’t work.

I’m doing a spatial join with one polygon layer and a point. I want to calculate median time for the point layer Indataresponstid ,respMin in the polygon layer “kommun”.

I have made a filter for the point layer om point only inside one of the polygons but I get:

To many “joint count” no matter what I do and for the other polygons

Please help, why doesn’t my filter work?

There are two similar tools: "Spatial Join" and "Add Spatial Join". They work a little bit different.

Try "Add Spatial Join" tool.
