How to convert Map image layer to local feature layer or GDB?

please give me an idea of how to convert the Map image layer to the local feature layer or GDB, I have map image layers in servers which are very slow to refresh, so I need those in a local folder

I have tried using the download map offline with map image layer, but it's not working

can you share the map layer ID if it's public?

no it's not public

hmmm have you tried right clicking on the gdb > Import > feature class and try dragging in the feature layer?

Another option could be to create a duplicate of that layer in Map Viewer and see if you are able to export that. 

Sometimes that are not public are restricted by the data owner from being exported so maybe it's that what you are experiencing

yes correct, we can't export and duplicate and restrict one
