Problem with Disappearing Lines in ArcGIS Pro

I’m having an issue with ArcGIS Pro where every time I create a line using the "Create" tool and finish it, the line disappears. The only way to make the line reappear is to hit "Save" from the Edit tab and refresh the program. However, this workaround is not ideal, as my workflow requires the lines to be visible in real-time as I draw them.

I’ve tested creating lines in the same file on a different computer, and everything works fine. The issue only happens on this specific computer.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows a solution to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, they are both in the same coordinate system

When I have disappearing data, I run the repair geometry geoprocessing tool on the layer and recalculate or create the spatial index (under layer properties > Indexes > expand Spatial Index > click Recalculate or Create, depending on whether the layer already has an index).

I'd think either of those issues would be a problem from every computer if they were the problem, but it's worth a shot anyway.

Maybe try clearing the local cache (found in Options > Display > Local Cache) ?

If that doesn't work, consider contacting Esri Technical Support for assistance.
