Possible Statistics Chart Bug in 3+

When you right click on the attribute column to compute statistics (screen shot)
The statistics panel no longer computes statistics for the selection.  
It computes statistics for the whole table but it is not working for the selection.

3.0.0 and 3.0.1

I discovered the Data Engineering tool works though.  It works for what I need but I don't know if you are replacing one tool with the other or removing the feature.

couldn't find the bug, but an apparent enhancement has been hidden but is a simple click away.

Is your data coming from one of the databases listed on this page?

In 3.0, we have optimized chart performance when using one of the listed databases. However, one limitation of this performance improvement is that selection is no longer supported.

That may be the issue.  The depth of my knowledge about our database that it's "Oracle" as far as I know.

I don't see statistics at all in the chart panel. If this was intended by esri, what a fail.
