Populating lat/long for point layers using dynamic text - ArcGIS Pro

I am wondering if there is a way to use dynamic text to populate the lat/long in decimal degrees of points in a layer onto a report. I have seen a way to show the lat/long of map frame properties, but not specific points within the map frame. I am wanting to avoid adding a field. Is there a way? Thanks!

Are these points in a geographic coordinate system?

Yes, they are. The project is using a NAD 1983 StatePlane coordinate system.

Unfortunately, that's a projected coordinate system. If they were in a geographic coordinate system, it would be easy to use Arcade to label the x and y coordinates (long and lat) of the point.
