Pop up's not working as Edge is blocked within our organisation

Hello All. 

We're having problems with pop up's in Arc Pro as we have had to disable Microsoft Edge due to Cyber Security audits. The only browser we're currently supporting is Chrome. However, because Edge is blocked using Sophos, this has had an impact upon Arc Pro.

When a user is using the explore function to click on a feature to get information, a message will appear from Sophos notifying the Edge is blocked. The pop up box will appear but no information will be present. I've checked to make sure that fields are enabled which they are and i've set all defaults within the the computer to make sure Chrome is the default, but still cant get it to work. Any ideas? 

I'm assuming there are some dependencies within Arc Pro for Microsoft Edge?
