Hello.

I'm Sergio, a beginner in ArcGIS PRO, but already a heavy user.

Assume you have two closed polygons A and B

I know how to do A∩B, but I dont know how to do A-(A∩B), that is,  all in A but not in the intersection.

Any ideas?

Thanks much!

Sergio.

Perhaps the Erase (Analysis) tool from the Overlay toolbox (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/tool-reference/analysis/erase.htm) would get at the functionality you are looking for? If not I would try looking at some of the other tools in the Overlay tools, because they might be helpful.
