Point data at different visibility levels

Hello!

I'm creating  point data at the street level, how ever the points are so big it covers the street.  The pictures uploaded show the point zoomed out and the point zoomed in.  Is there a setting that changes the symbology size based on visibility level?  Thank you.

Here are a couple of options:

• Scale based sizing
• Scale based symbol classes
