Does any one know how to place labels that are only with in a distance of a polygon? I attached a picture of what I need to duplicate.
I am struggling with how to place only labels for features that are near the edge of the map, which is the edge of the Gird feature class that is being used to generate the map series. So my thought process is that if there is a way to get those labels to only appear within a distance of the edge of the polygon that would work.
