You may be running into the same issue as reported at https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/arcgis-pro-2-9-0-crushes-when-i-try-to-import-a/m.... In this case the crash occurs if you try to export/print a layout containing a "null" or empty text element. Does your layout contain an "null/empty" text element?
We are aware of this issue and working on a fix.
If not, there may be another issue causing the crash. If this is the case can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support.
I just like to report that it has been almost 1.5years later and the issue is still there.
As mentioned before, if you got an empty element then it causes Arcgis Pro to crash while exporting.
