No pop-ups when using Explore tool

I'm having difficulty getting pop-ups to work. I have three images in my contents pane, all are selected and in the map view. I have "visible layers" selected under the explore tool, and no matter how zoomed in I am on my image, I cannot get a pop-up to come up with information about the pixels. These are ETM images in different false color displays. This is for a class, and I have followed instructions to a T to get to this point! (I've also emailed my professor.) I have updated ArcGIS Pro to the latest version and have tried disabling/enabling pop-ups, closing and restarting ArcGIS Pro. Here is a video/screen recording of what happens.

Thanks for any advice!

Thank you!  So I downloaded the *.img file and see the exact same behavior.  When I export it out to another raster format, say a *.tif, then the pop-up window does not disappear and behaves as expected.  So I'm thinking this is a bug honestly.

Thank you! I exported it to a GRID and now it's working fine 🙂

Hmmm...can you share a *.img file with me for testing and/or point to the website where you downloaded them?  Thx!

See if this works - the image type is not supported for upload here.

GREAT!  I'm glad it's working out.  If you feel my response was "somewhat" of a solution (since I think it's a bug!), you can click the Accept as Solution button on my response to close out this thread.
