Hey everyone,

I wanted to post this because it seems that I've run into a bug related to the arcpy behind the Network Analyst MakeClosestFacilityAnalysisLayer Function.

I'm currently going about the process of automating a project utilizing Network Analyst and I discovered that whenever attempting to preemptively give the generated Closest Facility Network Analyst Layer a name within arcpy (there's a parameter for this), the command instead outputs a Feature Dataset with a randomly generated name. I've tried fixing this probably around 15 times and can't identify any issues other than there being a bug in the command.

Thanks

It could be this

BUG-000133359 for ArcGIS Pro

... sort of retired...

That seems to be on the right track. I think, after reading the notes a couple times, that Bug pertains to issues with naming Sublayers. This particular problem is related to the creation of the "master" Closest Facility layer. Has anyone else experienced this?
