Hello,

I'm developing a Service Area Layer to display 45-minute and 60-minute drive-time polygons. Under the Date and Time settings, I've selected "Not Using Time". Does selecting this assume completely free-flow traffic? Or is traffic and congestion somehow factored into this?

I'm trying to derive the maximum possible drive-time extents (traffic-free conditions) within 45 and 60 minutes, so want to confirm that "Not Using Time" is the correct setting to use.

Any insights are appreciated, thanks!

Hello. I did, but couldn't find anything that explicitly detailed how "Not Using Time" is defined, so I'm just making assumptions for now until more context is provided... Appreciate your consideration!

perhaps I misinterpreted the paragraph beginning with
