Multidimentionnel data raster conversion

Please, how can I convert the rainfall of the year that begins from 01 January and ends in 31 December to another that begins from September 1 and ends on August 31 (agriculture (year)?

I us the multidimentionnel data raster : agg_terraclimate_ppt_1958_CurrentYear_GLOBE

My version of Arcgis pro is 3.02.

It might help you in subsetting your timeseries raster data.
