Modify continuous raster legend text label

Hello evryone,

I'm trying to change the text labels from a raster legend in ArcGIS Pro. In ArcMap, this is quite straight foward. You just double click on the text label you want to change from the symbol in the table of content and you are redirected to the symbology window where the value is highlighted. You can modify the text right there and changes are applied.

I have explored all the advance labeling windows in ArcGIS Pro (or least I think I have) but I can't seem to figure out how to do that... Does anyone have an answer for me, please?

Wow... the label window is so small. It's just so unintuitive.
