MMPK General Function Failure

I've been creating MMPKs for our 911 systems and now all of the sudden my project file is unable to export them. It runs for 30min-1hour then failed with a general function error.

I've troubleshooted by running a consolidate map to see of it was a data issue, but that completed fine. I've copied and pasted everything in a new project, same issue but now it gives me unexpected function error.

Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

This was solved, but the resolution was not ideal.

I had to reduce the size of my network dataset to not include 3 counties, but only the parts I really needed. Not sure if this was due to networking errors, or the dataset being too large and not dissolved. It was able to build afterwards.

My guess would be something about the data in the 3 counties. I wouldn't expect the size of the network to be an issue... that said, how many features are in the network?
