Measure Cannibalization for Big Data

Hey Guys, 

I am working with big polygons datasets with 200k polygons. There are many overlaps in the data. I am trying to run the "Measure Cannibalization" tool from Arc GIS pro. But given the size of data, I can't work in my laptop. 

Is there a way to run the measure cannibalization or overlapping analysis for Big Data?
