On my map Graphics Layer I can add elements, but once added I am unable to edit or delete them.
Following online documentation, I select Graphics Layer in the Contents, activate the Graphics tab, and then attempt to select the graphic element I want to modify or delete. This should work per my understanding of the documentation, but I am unable to select the target graphic.
I am using ArcGIS 3.5.4.
