My agency will be making the migration from Concurrent to Named Users by this time next year. With concurrent licenses all we have to do is put out an occasional email reminding user to disable extensions they're not using. In the new Name User world, as AGOL admins we'll have to do that for our users right?
It seems like this is going to add a lot more to our duties vs the what it takes to manage concurrent license pools. Is there anyone out there with a large number of GIS users that can talk about the reality managing hundreds of users after moving from concurrent to named users?
My org is in the same boat and I would like to hear about this as well.
