I recently purchased personal use license.  I have installed ArcGIS Pro and cannot activate it.  I try to use the log-on method but it refuses to activate due to my account being Public.  I have read through some of the KB post but I still can not find a solution for me.

Hi CJ, 
In order to launch ArcGIS Pro, you first need to activate and set up your ArcGIS Online Subscription. When you do this you will be prompted to convert your Public account into an Org account. Once that's complete you can follow the steps for setting up ArcGIS Pro that are listed on your My Esri fulfillment page and sign in to Pro with the username set up in ArcGIS Online.
