Is there a way to maintain scale/ratio of legends, scale bars, arrows, etc. when the page size is changed? When changing the layout page size on the layout tab, the page size changes but the map frame and graphics all remain at the previous scale. I would like to be able to adjust those features when the page size changes and keep the scale/aspect ratio.
