Layer category transparency

Scenario: I have a layer symbolized by category in Pro. Is there a way to make only a certain category transparent?

I know you can obviously make the entire layer transparent, but I need only one category more transparent. Is there a way in the symbology tab to make that happen? Or would I need to break off that category into it's own layer?
