I recently installed Arc Pro 3.6 and noticed that when I remove layers from my legend in the Contents pane, they do not remain removed when I reopen my project. I do not want to individually turn off or change property settings for multiple layers that I permanently do not want in my legend. Is there a way to fix this, or is this a new bug with Pro 3.6?

@Teri_Dane This is a bug that was introduced at 3.6. We are aiming to have this fixed in the first service pack, 3.6.1.

Hi there, when using version 3.5 did you notice this behaviour? If not, this may be a bug as you have suggested. It would be worth reaching out to your local Esri distributor and have them test this for you to determine if it is a bug or not.

Hi @ShaneONeill_144 ,

This was not an issue with 3.5.x.

@Teri_Dane The schedule is still tentative at the moment, so I can't guarantee the release date. But we are aiming for mid to late December.
