Issues with Non Maximum Supression

Hello guys,

I wonder the tool- Non Maximum Supression is not generating the desried results for me, have tried Pro version 3.1 and 3.2. 

I have a Feature Class with 831 features and many overlaps, even after running NMS I get the same output with same number of features.

Any ideas or similar observations?
