Is it possible to know how the land use for any given gegraphical unit (e.g., polygon) has evolved over time? For example, suppose there is a polygon A which was farmland from 2000 to 2008, office space from 2008 to 2010, and residential from 2010 onwards. Is there a way for me to access this historical data on a year by year, or even monthly basis for polygon A?

I am trying to track the evolution of land use in Greater London. I have so far looked into the following dataset but I can't tell whether it contains the time-varying information I am looking for.

 https://maps.london.gov.uk/gla/rest/services/IMA/IMA_context_information_landuse/MapServer/1.
