Problem: I routinely go back and forth between colleagues who do not use GIS software that want to review and provide comments on map symbology I've created. Right now, I use a word document to save screenshots and basic descriptions of the symbols that I share with my colleagues to collect feedback. However, the process of taking screenshots of 100+ symbols and documenting their properties in a word document is a tedious and time-consuming task.
Need:
I need an easier method to share symbols with colleagues that they can easily navigate and add comments. The ideal situation would be a geoprocessing tool that could export style libraries into an excel file that included information about their properties with a cell that included an icon image of the symbol. Basically, I need something like the view that the style manager offers in a format that allows for comments.
Below is an example of the style manger in ArcGIS Pro 3.2
