Intersect Feature Distance using Attribute Rules

Hello,

I am attempting to create an attribute rule in ArcPro that would return a distance along a line where another line intersects. I have seen that this was a function in Attribute Assistant, but was curious if there was a way to do this using Arcade Expressions?

Any help would be great.

Look here and see if there is an arcade equivalent.

I have seen this post but was unable to find an equivalent solution. Was hoping someone in the community had a work around, or any ideas.
