Interpolation of Raster from NETCDF file

Hi,

I imported a NETCDF climate dataset and aggregated the data (monthly rainfall to decadal values)  so I got a raster  with crf extension (image below). There are some areas I want to interpolate using Kriging for  all counties in the continental US and I have tried converting  the raster to multipoints  or importing the netcdf as a layer but  I haven't been able to get  an input point feature .  I know how to use the Kriging tool, so any advice on the workflow or how to complete this task (from NETCDF to input point feature)  would be highly appreciated.
