Hello!
In ArcGis Pro, is there a interpolation method that takes into account topography file? Or is it more a question of modelling?

For example  when I have some dissolved oxygen concentration measurement points on the sea floor and want to interpolate to the whole sea bottom area, in the deeper parts the oxygen should lower and in higher parts should increase.

you interpolate the oxygen concentration data and then compare see if its values are reflected in the depth data.  The seabed dem isn't going to alter the values of the former.

Perhaps contour both sets of data and see whether deeper areas do indeed have lower concentrations
