Importing large color palettes into custom style from a text file of RGB values

I want to import a custom color palette into ArcGIS Pro as a .stylx

I have over 150 colors exported from Adobe Illustrator into a .csv file with their RGB values split into R, G, and B columns. My goal is to turn that into a usable color style in ArcGIS Pro. Is there a way to do this without having to manually mix each color and save it to my style one by one?

If anyone has a workflow for this, please let me know.
