Import XML Workspace Document stuck on 3% for the last 2 hours

Kicked of the import of a Utility Network GDB Xml Workspace Document generated by the same instance of ArcGIS Pro (approx 280mb) and after over 2 hours it hasn't moved from the initial 3% complete. There are no messages other than "Running..." with CPU steady at around 2% and memory around 1gb, How long should I give it before cancelling
